Cancellation & Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled training session, clinic, camp or special event.
If a participant is no longer attending a scheduled training session, clinic, camp, or special event the participant must notify CHSoccer11 no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event-If the participant fails to do so there will be NO REFUND Issued.
If a training session, clinic, camp, or special event is canceled due to weather-related issues, we will work to reschedule the training session-if a participant can not attend the rescheduled date(s) a refund will be issued if CHSoccer11 is notified no later than 24 hours before the rescheduled event-If the participant fails to do so there will be NO REFUND Issued.
Should CHSoccer11 find it necessary to de-register a participant, a refund will be issued after a deduction has been made for sessions already attended by the de-registered participant.
CHSoccer11 has the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to chsoccereleven@gmail.com
MAKE-UP SESSIONS & CANCELLATIONS:
If there is no indoor space available, we will make up a maximum of two training sessions due to inclement weather (extreme cold, heat, or lightning delays).
If 50% of a training session, clinic, camp, or special event has been completed and is cut short due to weather-related issues or for any other unforeseen circumstances the training session, clinic, camp or special event will count as a "completed" session and will NOT be rescheduled.
If a training session, clinic, camp, or special event is canceled due to weather-related issues, we will work to reschedule the training session-if a participant can not attend the rescheduled date(s) a refund will be issued if CHSoccer11 is notified no later than 24 hours before the rescheduled event-If the participant fails to do so there will be NO REFUND Issued.
Makeup training sessions may be held on a different day or time than the regularly scheduled session.
